We are a father and son food truck. Jason and Gabriel Enoch. Jason has over 30 years of restaurant experience and multiple proprietor of the year awards from Outback Steakhouse. Gabriel has 5 years restaurant experience and culinary training. We both have a burning passion for cooking and serving customers with the best possible service and amazing food. After around a year of planning and waiting we finally purchased a custom food truck from Elhaj Custom Food Trucks and made our dreams reality. We want nothing more than to see the smiles on peoples faces and their eyes light up when they take their first bite of a real Bomb A$$ sandwich.
